Our Safety Culture is expressed in our behavior based on the atmosphere we create through our beliefs and attitudes.

This can be difficult to measure but we believe it is built on these three foundational beliefs:

  1. Safety Is Supreme
There are no competing priorities. When there is a conflict between safety and operations, safety wins every time.
  2. Employee Competence by Training
We invest in our employees by training them. Our employees are competent because they have substantial knowledge of health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
  3. Leadership Commitment and Management Involvement
Our leadership shows their commitment to safety by their actions and spending time on our jobsites where these principles are put into action.
